Shipping And Delivery

Processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 2-3 business days.

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. 

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based off of the Carrier and Service you select.

All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.  

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided

NEVANELLI is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS or DHL, NEVANELLI is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 48-72 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Parcel Direct International Priority - DDP. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.
